1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using PlayNova you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. PlayNova is free to use and does not require an account.

2. Who owns the games

PlayNova does not develop or own the games published on this site. Each game is created by an independent studio or developer, and all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in a game remain with that developer.

The games are supplied to us through GameMonetize, an HTML5 game distribution network. Developers submit their games to the network, and the network grants participating publisher websites the right to embed and display those games. Our right to show a game on this site comes from that licence and nothing else. Each game page names the provider and its reference for the title.

We do not claim to hold any rights in the games themselves, and nothing on this site should be read as such a claim. If you are a rights holder and believe a game is published here without authorisation, please use the process on ourDMCA page; the mailbox listed there is monitored.

3. What PlayNova does own

The written game descriptions, feature lists, strategy notes, category pages, blog articles, site design, layout and the PlayNova name are our own work and are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Please do not republish our pages wholesale or use automated tools to copy the site.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Violate any applicable local, national or international law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, its servers, or the game providers we embed.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Systematically scrape, mirror or republish our written content.
• Circumvent, remove or obscure advertising, licensing notices or attribution.

5. Third-party content and links

Games are loaded from the game provider's own servers inside an embedded frame, and only after you press play on a game page. Those games, and any advertising shown inside them, are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them. 6. Availability and accuracy

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Games are hosted by third parties and may be changed, moved or withdrawn by their developers or the distribution network at any time, which can take a game offline here without notice. We aim to keep our written pages accurate and to correct mistakes when they are pointed out, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or error-free.
