Head Football 3D is one-on-one football stripped down to a two-key control scheme. You move left and you move right, and everything else, the jumps, the headers, the shots, comes out of where you are standing when the ball arrives. It is a design that sounds impossibly limited and turns out to work, because removing the shot button means the whole game becomes about reading the ball's trajectory and being in the right place at the right moment.
Matches are fast, which suits the format. Possession swings constantly, goals arrive in bursts, and a match rarely lasts long enough to become a grind. The players who do well are not the ones who chase the ball but the ones who learn to hold a defensive position and let the opponent commit first, because the two-key scheme makes recovering from a bad position genuinely slow. Rendered in 3D and played entirely with two arrow keys, it needs a keyboard and works best on a desktop or laptop.
How to Play
Press the Left Arrow key to move left and the Right Arrow key to move right. Your character jumps, heads and strikes the ball automatically based on where you are positioned when the ball reaches you, so the whole game is about positioning and timing.

Tips and Strategies
Hold your position instead of chasing. With only two keys, recovering from a bad position is slow, and the opponent usually commits first.
Watch the arc of the ball, not the opponent. Where the ball will land is the only information that decides the next contact.
Stay slightly behind the ball when defending. Contact made moving forward carries much more power than contact made backing up.
Matches are short, so a single lapse is expensive. Play conservatively when you are ahead.
