Bullet Swarm Runner reduces its controls to two directions and builds everything else on top of that constraint. You run forward automatically down a 3D corridor while a swarm of bullets trails behind you, and the only input is steering left or right past spinning swords, swinging hammers, sweeping lasers and rotating spike pillars. Because the hazards move on fixed cycles rather than at random, each run is a legibility test: read the rhythm, commit to a lane, and do not second-guess halfway through.
The run ends at a boss, and the size of your swarm when you arrive decides whether that fight is a formality or a wall. This is where the meta-progression comes in. Coins collected on every attempt, successful or not, are spent on a larger starting bullet count and on a revenue multiplier that makes future runs more profitable. Bullet skins are cosmetic and unlock in the shop. The game runs in 16:9 and works with arrow keys on desktop or a swipe on mobile.
How to Play
On desktop, steer with the Left and Right arrow keys. On mobile, swipe left or right. Your character runs forward automatically. Avoid the moving obstacles, collect bullets along the route to grow your swarm, and reach the boss at the end of the run.
Game Features
- Two-input 3D endless runner
- Moving hazards on readable, fixed cycles
- Boss encounter at the end of each run
- Persistent upgrades: starting bullets, revenue multiplier and skins
Tips and Strategies
Commit early. Hazards move on fixed cycles, so choosing a lane while the gap is still far away beats reacting at the last moment.
Spend on the starting bullet count first. Arriving at the boss with a bigger swarm is worth more than any cosmetic.
The revenue multiplier pays for itself. Buy it once your starting swarm is comfortable and every later run funds the next upgrade faster.
A failed run still earns. There is no reason to quit early, because coins are banked as you collect them.
