Blocky Adventures is a precision platformer with a full movement kit, which is rarer in browser games than it should be. Alongside the standard jump you get a dash, a double jump and a wall-jump, and the level design assumes you will chain them. A gap that looks impossible usually is not: it wants a dash out of a double jump, or a wall slide converted into height. Learning to read a room for which combination it expects is the actual skill the game teaches.
The content is laid out across 50 levels in five visually distinct worlds, running from icy caverns to volcanoes, with a secret mega-level for players who finish everything else. Each level asks you to collect energy orbs while avoiding patrolling and flying enemies, and a separate speedrun mode re-frames levels you have already cleared as time trials. Controls are available on keyboard, on-screen touch buttons and gamepad, so it plays properly on a phone as well as a desktop.
How to Play
Keyboard: move with the Arrow Keys or A and D; jump with Space, W or the Up Arrow; dash with X or Shift. Press jump again in mid-air to double jump. To wall-jump, slide down a wall and then press jump to climb it. On mobile, on-screen buttons handle moving left and right, jumping and dashing. Gamepads are also supported.

- 50 levels across five themed worlds plus a secret mega-level
- Full movement kit: dash, double jump and wall-jump
- Separate speedrun mode with time trials
- Keyboard, touch and gamepad support
Tips and Strategies
Save the dash for horizontal distance. Using it to escape damage usually wastes the one tool that clears the widest gaps.
Double jump late, not early. Holding the second jump until you are near the top of the first gives noticeably more reach.
Wall-jumps chain. Two walls facing each other can be climbed indefinitely if you alternate cleanly.
Clear a level normally before attempting it in speedrun mode. Route knowledge saves far more time than raw execution.
Controls
- Arrow keys / A, D — Move
- Space, W or Up — Jump (press again to double jump)
- X or Shift — Dash
- Wall slide + Jump — Wall-jump
